Please read carefully.

• Please make sure order forms and payment forms are filled out accordingly and correctly to avoid modification and missing information.

• Below 18 years old customers, need to have an approval from their guardians to place an order. We may need to call you on your given contact no. to make sure we have your parent's consent before proceeding with your order.

• Please avoid cancelling your orders once we've sent an order confirmation. Cancellation fee of 50% from the total price of your order will be solicited. Cancellation may only be offered if the item is out of stock.

• Please pay on or before due date or deadline of payment. Late Payments will be charged of P100 per day.

• Please only deposit or transfer payment on our stated mode of payment (MOP). MOPs are strictly GCash, BDO, and BPI only.

• Please patiently wait for your orders as we have no control on the delay of release, shipment overseas and customs clearance. NO RUSH OF ORDERS. (Updates will be provided on our social media.)

• The shop & owner will not be held liable for damages, loss or missing items incurred in international or local shipping and for the damaged items during local shipping, caused by your chosen local courier.

• Please do an unboxing video before opening your parcel for the first time until you completed inspecting all items. In case there are missing items or wrong items delivered, I can issue replacement/re-shipment or refund.
